## How to create your account

* [x] Go to [app.ethernodes.io](https://app.ethernodes.io/login) and select "Create Account"

* [x] Complete the registration information and click on "*Create Account*"

> Ethernodes.io is an asset-custodial protocol. That's why we need your email. Although you can use your main email, we recommend using a specific one for this type of registration on platforms.

* [x] An email will be sent to you requesting confirmation. Click on the confirmation button to activate your account.

* [x] Go back to [app.ethernodes.io](https://app.ethernodes.io/login) and access your account through "Log in". Use your username and password to access.

## Set up your account

In the menu on the left, just above "Log out", you can select the platform language: English or Spanish.

In the "Your Data" section you can configure your account:

* Modify the password
* Select in which currency you want to see the information
* Change or update your name
* Find the details of all generated rewards claimed or self-composed
* View the status of your KYC

## KYC / KYB

Ethernodes.io is a platform that custody the assets of its clients. This is why to make deposits of any amount, it is required to go through a [KYC/KYB](/using-ethernodes.io/kyc.md) process. In the next section you have more information about it.
