Ethernodes generates two types of rewards:
Ethereum Native Staking Rewards These are the vast majority of rewards for your deposits. They are attributed daily to your deposits and you have two options: let them accumulate and claim them whenever you want or autocompose them to add them to your deposit and increase the base on which you generate rewards. You can learn more about the different recomment layers here.
Rewards for Airdrops These are specific actions in which we distribute airdrops in the form of tokens other than ETH to our clients deposits. The tokens we distribute are usually linked to incentives we receive on Ethernodes for the staking activity itself. Some examples of tokens that we can airdrop are SSV (SSV Network) or SD (Stader).
An "airdrop" occurs when a protocol sends tokens other than the protocol's own to a series of wallets. In this case, we consider any token that Ethernodes sends other than ETH "airdrop"
How to claim your rewards:
Hover over the ETH pending from any deposit to see the specific ETH balance and the value of other tokens converted to ETH that you will receive
The platform deducts from the tokens to distribute the cost of the transaction itself. You can see it reflected in the "Gas Fee" concept. In the event that the reward generated does not cover the transaction cost, you will not be able to make the reward claim.
Remember that the claimed tokens will always be sent to the wallet associated with each deposit. This information cannot be modified since it is what keeps the process safe and robust against external attacks.
During the process, you will receive emails confirming the different steps. In the event that the wallet that distributes rewards does not have sufficient funds, you will receive an email informing you of this. A notification will also arrive to the operational team, who will be responsible for moving the necessary funds so that the transaction can be processed.
If you have any questions or concerns about the process, you can always contact our operational team through the different means that we put at your disposal: X, Discord, email or the platform itself.
